Universal Banker

40 hours per week is a long time to spend with the same people unless they are AWESOME PEOPLE like our team! We are hiring for a full-time Universal Banker position in our Trempealeau, WI location. We are looking for people who are passionate about providing a great customer service experience. We love people who are self-motivated and look to go above and beyond for the good of customers and co-workers alike. The Universal Banker position assists customers with transactions of all types and is responsible for developing and maintaining profitable personal and business deposit relationships through excellent customer service, cross sales and referrals.

Exceptional customer service, a positive attitude and communication skills are our top requirements. You must also possess basic math skills, be proficient in computers and be comfortable with the latest mobile technology. Prior banking and/or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required. Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 40 pounds will be necessary.

Customer Service Representative
